When can I check in? Check-in is from 16:00. The reception is serviced every day from 09:00-22:00. If you arrive outside these hours, we offer self-service check-in. You will receive all the necessary information via the booking platform or email before your arrival.
When do I need to check out? Check-out is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure
Can I arrive earlier or depart later? Please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.
Do the apartments have their own kitchen? Yes, all apartments are equipped with their own kitchen with fixtures, so you can easily cook for yourself if you wish. Please note that our Aurora Huts do not have their own kitchen in the units, but have access to a shared kitchen in the same building as the reception.
Do you offer breakfast? We do not serve breakfast, but the kitchen in the apartments makes it easy to arrange your own. It is a short distance to grocery stores and restaurants in Tromsø city center. We also have a small kiosk with dry goods and drinks in our reception.
When is the reception open? Our reception is staffed from 09:00-22:00 every day.

Do you offer parking at the hotel? Yes, there is paid parking available on site. Parking costs NOK 100 per day and is paid at the reception at check-in.
Do you have a jacuzzi and sauna? Yes! We have an outdoor jacuzzi/hot tub and sauna available for guests. Please note that the use of the jacuzzi and sauna is at an extra cost and can be booked separately.
Is it possible to book a sauna or jacuzzi even if you are not staying at the hotel? Yes, anyone who wants to can book a session in the sauna or jacuzzi with us.
How do I book a jacuzzi or sauna? You can book easily via our website here, or at our reception.
Do you offer Northern Lights tours? Yes! During the Northern Lights season, we offer Northern Lights tours and other guided tours. Read more here or contact our reception.
How do I book a stay at Steam Pier? We recommend booking directly here on our website. If you have any questions or problems with booking, please feel free to contact us.
What is the cancellation policy? It depends on which booking you have made. As standard, we offer free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, but also offer an option for cheaper booking that is non-refundable. If you have any questions about this, feel free to contact us by e-mail or phone.
